Meeting Planning Success

The meeting planning process is only as successful as the process and procedures used to design and manage the meeting.  The Classic Galas team uses our proprietary Meeting Success Methodologies to ensure the success of every meeting that we plan and manage.

Our Meeting Planners complete a rigorous protocol training process including a Quality Assurance Dynamic Program, which results in consistent levels of positive client feedback.

Building strong alliances with our clients is priority one and investing in our team is one of the drivers to our success.

A Few of Our Favorite New Jersey Meeting Spaces

The Heldrich – New Brunswick, NJ
The Heldrich has been a CGI favorite from the moment we took the hard hat walk-thru during construction!  We love the modern style and simplicity of design. The flat fee meeting packages, staff flexibility and the amphitheater make The Heldrich a dream for webcasts.  It is in walking distance to the New Brunswick Theater and restaurant district, which makes it ideal for multi-day meetings and regional incentive programs.

Hilton Short Hills – Short Hills, NJ
We love the Hilton Short Hills because the fabric cushioned walls render the grand ballroom virtually soundproof during general sessions!  The meeting space that flows from the grand ballroom to the breakout rooms make it an ideal choice when conducting new product sales training or speaker training sessions.

Nassau Inn Palmer Square – Princeton, NJ
The Nassau Inn possesses opulence and old world charm.  The conference staff is attentive and this location is a favorite with our C suite executives for its privacy, convenient location and attentive staff.
